An independent workshop on professional cooking equipment, working Weston and the towns along Route 20.
The book of work here is four appliances: ranges, wall ovens, cooktops and ventilation. That is narrow on purpose. A pro range shares almost nothing with a washing machine, and the diagnostic habits that make one of them quick make the other one slow. Keeping to one family of equipment is what puts the right part on the van before anyone leaves.
Weston is unusually consistent in what it asks for. Big kitchens, big appliances, long duct runs, and rear additions with low headroom above the hood. What changes between the Post Road, Kendal Green and Silver Hill is the ducting and the ceiling height rather than the appliance, and both of those decide the shape of the job more than the fault does.
We sell no appliances and take no commission on a replacement. The service call is a flat figure, credited against the repair, and the findings are yours whether you use us for the work or not.
